We offer a range of online courses aimed to develop and enhance transferable skills and key competencies of students and early career researchers from Uzbekistan, Central Asia, as well as to support their personal development within the international research community.

The courses are available online on a dedicated e-learning platform. The duration of each course is 60 min including interractions and discussions. The course materials include presentations by the course instructor and self-evaluation tests, as well as further hands-on exercises and recommendations for additional resources. Course language is English.

Who organises these courses?
The courses are organised by the Research Group INOWAS at Technische Universität Dresden, Germany, together with its international partners and collaborators.

What are the eligibility criteria?
In order to enroll to these courses, you need to be registered at an university program with water-related profile in Uzbekistan, or an early-career researcher working in water resources management (less than 10 years since graduation). Good English skills are required.

How to apply for these courses?
Send us an email with a motivation letter (max. one page) consisting of a short description of your person: what do/did you study, what is your current occupation, what are your research interests and what soft-skills do you consider as most relevant for your career. Together with the confirmation of acceptance, we will send you also the registration link for the online course.
